Prayer Room

Prayer Room

When our Christian Center Addition was dedicated some 27 years ago, it became apparent that at the very center of our total church plant was our prayer room. This room, with the inspiring cross and beautiful altar (incorporating the original altar) which was constructed and given by the late Walter Soptelean, is dedicated only to prayer. There are carpeted prayer benches that caused a visitor to ask, “for what do you use these little tables?” We were very pleased to let him know that on numbers of occasions, there are people praying at all of these “little tables.” When you visit Harrison Hills Church, be sure to stop by our prayer room. It will be an unforgettable experience.

Garden of Honor and Memory

Garden of Honor and Memory

It is as though The Lord placed an extra exterior wall in a ideal place for a commemorative wall. We began plans for the commemorative wall in 1990 and the Wall of Memory and Honor was dedicated on April 28, 2002. We have been very pleased to see “memory bricks” added to the wall with names of people both living and deceased who we wish to honor. There are still a few blank bricks, so if you would wish to honor a loved one of yours, either living or deceased, please contact our church office at 740-946-2851 and leave a message for Gary Kimball.
